Privacy Policy

How R5Pilot collects, uses, protects and deletes personal data while helping alliance leaders run their operations.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Controller and scope

R5Pilot is developed and operated by Striketing. This policy covers the R5Pilot website, account, authenticated application, support interactions and billing-related processing. R5Pilot is an independent third-party alliance management tool and is not affiliated with the publisher of Last War: Survival.

Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process account details such as name and email address; authentication and security records; workspace, alliance, role and audit records; managed member data entered by alliance leaders; imported screenshots, extracted rows and review decisions; billing identifiers and subscription state; and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we use data

We use data to authenticate users, enforce tenant and role permissions, provide alliance operations, process imports only after review, operate backups and restore controls, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations. We do not use alliance member data to create unrelated advertising profiles.

Processors and service providers

R5Pilot may use infrastructure, database hosting, authentication, email, payment, backup-storage and monitoring providers acting on documented instructions. Stripe processes payment information for billing. Backup providers are used only when an owner configures them. Provider access is limited to the data needed for the selected service and is recorded in the operational configuration.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and alliance records while the account is active or as needed for contractual, security and legal purposes. Temporary screenshot payloads are bounded and removed after extraction or when their retention window expires. Audit and billing records may be retained longer when required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Owners can request export or deletion through the official Striketing support channels; deletion may be limited by legal retention duties.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact Striketing through the official channels at striketing.com and include the account email and request context. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
