Cookie Policy

The cookies and browser storage used by R5Pilot for language selection, secure sessions and reliable operation.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Essential cookies

Authentication and security cookies keep your session associated with the correct account and help prevent unauthorized access. They are necessary for the authenticated application and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Security and preference storage

R5Pilot may store a language preference and limited interface state in a cookie or browser storage so the selected locale and safe navigation behavior persist between visits.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 is optional: the tag loads with advanced Consent Mode and denied defaults. Before a choice, Google may receive only cookieless, non-personalized pings; full Analytics measurement activates only with “Accept all” and a Measurement ID configured in the admin console. AdSense is optional and, when configured, loads only in the authenticated R1/R2/R3 area after separate advertising consent; the code requests non-personalized ads only. We use IP anonymization, disable Google Signals and ad personalization, and set a 14-month retention period for full measurement.

Your controls

The cookie choice is kept for one year in the technical r5pilot-cookie-consent cookie. You can reopen “Cookie preferences” at any time to revoke or update consent, or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or authenticated features from working.
