How R5Pilot collects, uses, protects and deletes personal data while helping alliance leaders run their operations.

Controller and scope
The controller is Lanfranco Rosso – Striketing, VAT IT04463880270, with registered office at viale San Marco, 100 – 30173 Mestre (VE), Italy, and operating office at via C. Colombo, 6 – 30173 Mestre (VE), Italy. Privacy contacts: web@striketing.com; PEC: rosso.lanfranco@legalmail.it. No DPO has been appointed. This policy covers the website, accounts, authenticated application, support and billing. R5Pilot is independent and is not affiliated with the publisher of Last War: Survival.
Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we process account details such as name and email address; authentication and security records; workspace, alliance, role and audit records; managed member data entered by alliance leaders; imported screenshots, extracted rows and review decisions; billing identifiers and subscription state; and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we use data
We use data to authenticate users, enforce tenant and role permissions, provide alliance operations, process imports only after review, operate backups and restore controls, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations. We do not use alliance member data to create unrelated advertising profiles.
Processors and service providers
Hosting is provided by DHH Switzerland SA – Via Motta 18, CH-6830 Chiasso, Switzerland – VAT CHE-227.758.591. R5Pilot may also use Better Auth, SMTP, Stripe for payments, Dropbox or Google Drive for backups when configured by the owner, and Google Analytics 4 only after optional consent. Access is limited to data needed for the service.
Retention and deletion
Account and alliance data remains for the relationship and up to 30 days after a closure request, subject to legal or security needs. Raw screenshot payloads are removed after extraction and in any event after 120 minutes. Backups follow the configured window, with 30 days as the operational reference. Security and audit logs are normally retained for 12 months, support requests for 24 months, and accounting data for up to 10 years where required by law. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 uses a 14-month retention period and runs only after consent. Access or deletion requests can be sent to the privacy contacts, subject to retention duties.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
