Getting started
Create your account, start the 7-day trial, create the first alliance and import or add the alliance roster. The account creator is the Owner/Admin and can assign R5 access.

Members and ranks
R5 and R4 can manage R3, R2 and R1 members. Members do not need an account to exist in the roster. A registered account can later be linked to the existing member without creating a duplicate.
VS targets and badges
Set a minimum VS target for each day. R5Pilot highlights members below target and can flag repeated underperformance across multiple days.
Donations
Configure daily and weekly donation expectations. The Attention dashboard surfaces members who miss or fall below the configured donation rules.
Desert Storm and Winter Storm
Create an event with date and server time, collect availability and preferred times, then assign teams and reserves. Lower ranks can update only their own availability.
Alliance Train
Generate conductor and VIP candidates from configurable rules such as VS ranking, recent rewards and fairness history. Leaders can review and override the result before publishing it.
R4 assignments
Select R3, R2 and R1 members and assign them to an R4, or distribute a selection evenly among several R4 leaders. Lists can include notes and completion status.
Mobile PNG exports
Event and Train pages can generate dedicated 1080×1350 or 1080×1920 PNG rosters designed to remain readable when attached to alliance announcements on a phone.
Permissions
Owner/Admin manages billing and ownership. R5 manages R4. R4 manages R3, R2 and R1. Lower ranks are read-only except for explicitly self-scoped actions such as event availability.
Plans and additional alliances
The first alliance costs €9/month or €90/year after the 7-day trial. Additional alliances owned by the same account cost €8/month or €80/year each. A separate owner account starts again at the standard price.
Custom lists and time zones
Under Members, R5 and R4 can create shared lists for the whole alliance with member rows and section headings. Drag rows into the order you need, save the order, and use the server/local time switch wherever an operational timestamp is shown.
Screenshot imports and weekly rhythm
Upload only alliance member-list screenshots. The batch shows upload and extraction progress, compares duplicates immediately, keeps each member and role together in one review row, lets R5/R4 edit before approval, and never applies data without approval.
Advertising for free users
When enabled by the platform administrator, non-personalized AdSense ads appear only in the authenticated area for R1, R2 and R3 users, after separate consent in cookie preferences. They are not shown on the public site, to R4/R5 users or administrators, or in sensitive sections.
Google integrations
The platform administrator configures GA4, Google Tag Manager, AdSense and Search Console from the platform configuration. GA4/GTM require the correct container setup to avoid duplicate page views; AdSense remains limited to free R1/R2/R3 users and consent, while Search Console can use the verification token or DNS.
